i guess it depends u knew the consequences and u still gave her your best if u r a nice shooter and u know if u shoot someone she will die and if someone asks u to take a good shot at her and u shoot i guess killing a crazy person is your fault

Yes it could be your fault, depends on where you live. Just because she told you to bring it on, she didnt throw the first punch, she could always say that you hit her first unless you had witnesses. Have seen it happen.
