The old fashioned way is to do "sit ups". That should break up your cramps a bit. You need to exercise of some sort but sit ups are the best. This is what they did years ago and didn't need the pills. Also you can sit in a warm bath tub of water or a warm compress on your stomach. Vitamin B helps with pms symptoms too

I used to get serious premenstrul cramps. Have you tried using a remedy called "Jamaican Ginger"? It normally comes in a little bottle. It's like a herbal remedy. If I remember correctly, you normally use a few drops diluted in some water. It's very effective.

ThermaHeat heat patches... its like a portable heating pad. Its like a heating pad that sticks to your panties and uncramps the muscles in your lower abdomen that cause menstural cramps. Its the only thing that works for me.

I have always used apirin.Since aspirin is a blood thinner,it breaks up the clots. It will make you appear to bleed heavier since it thins out the blood, but will decrease the cramps.Of course,if you have any issues with your stomach, aspirin isn't a good idea.

I always take midol, then i get a cup of hot tea, and then i put a heating pad on my abdominal area, and that always makes it feel better. If pills make you sick, i would definatly try the heating pad, its always worked for me!

I dont advocate drug abuse, but i do advocate drug use for pain, including mary jane!!!!!! So maybe, if you don't have a problem with it, smoke some buds. If it works for cancer pain, it should work for pain in your private parts.
