As part of loosing weight... dont rush it.
Also, these excerises focuses on the muscles.... so if you weigh yourself and you seem to have put on weight.... dont worry because muscle is heavier than fat....
This means you are gaining more muscle and loosing fat... I hope make sense....???
Also... these muscles your getting are not in a way of Arnold Swartzeneger (mispelled)... it all about muscle toning.. a difference!!!
For the stomach (front part where your abs are)... I recommend to do sit-ups. If you havent done this before... start lightly so your body gets us to this 'abuse'. Once your body gets more use to the idea or exercising... then try and increase your reps....
For the love handles (side part of your stomach) best thing to do to lay on your side. The only part that should touch the ground is your elbow and your foot. It hard to explain but I have pictures below.
For the legs... you could do squats, probably better without using any weights like dumbbells. Again... you can do this at home. Also, you could take up jogging. Do a nice small jog, and when you get use to it.. increase the distance or do more jogging a week.
For the arms... Press ups will be a good example. Start slow and increase the reps when you body gets use to it. Also try dumbbell curls (or 2 bags of 1kg sugar if at home)... use light weights.
If you do have access to a gym... use the rowing machine, treadmills, etc. Your gym staff member will hep you to get the most of these machines!!!!!
To finish this.... good nutrition is another important factor. Dont follow those crappy diets (Low-GI, Atkins, etc). They are rubbish. Also, dont go tooo extreme by counting how much fat, calories, carbohydrates, etcetc --- as a daily checkup. That will take the fun out of eating and why bother?
Just eat good things like fruits and vedgetables. Chicken, eggs are also great food to have. I also say that Breakfast is very important time to eat. Have an apple, a glass of milk and all the rest. Look more on the internet for ideas.... but DONT follow a specific, celebrity diet. Just find what good food and go from there with your excersies.

This is quite a big page... full of exercises which probably wont concern you. However, it shows great techniques for the areas you want to improve. It also shows bicep curl (for your arms). I suggest you use light weights or if you dont have any dumbbells or anything... try using bags of sugar (as an example).

This is just a guide.... and good luck....

I just had a baby a month ago and I gained 70lbs. Ive lost 40 lbs so far. I do 20 minutes on the treadmill-8 min of that is running. Im begining...and then I do crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, and pilates. Honestly, the best way to lose weight is by diet and exersise. Nothing else. I also eat Weight Watchers meals. (get them in any grocery store) That will help you keep a tally on your calories. Pure and simple: if you consume less calories and fat..you will drop weight. But dont go for those garbage diets like the Atkins. There is no quick fix. You have to work at it. I had a friend that was on the Atkins diet for a few years and now he is dying from Kidney and Liver failure. Food for thought.

Get to the gym! Belly dancing class is GREAT for the stomach and love handles.
Get cardio using the elliptical machine. If you can't go to the gym, do eight sets of 5-10 crunches and walk or jog for 45 minutes every day.
Make sure you drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water EVERY DAY. Eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and WHOLE grains. Limit the amount of red meat you have to about 2-3x per week. Eat more fish such as Halibut and Salmon. Do not eat too much tuna, as it is contaminated with mercury.

Cardio to lose weight and strength training to tone. Do a low-carb diet with plenty of crunches. Get a personal trainer for at least 2 sessions to show you proper form if you aren't use to exercising.

Diet and exercise are still the best ways to lose weight and tone your body. An ab machine or treadmill can help your lower body get firmer, you can lift weights to build up your arms.
Good luck!

Hi
This plan really helped me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck
