Help with Diner Dash 2 on Level 20 (2nd restaurant, level10)?

I cant seem to get passed that level. The goal is 11,000 and i always cant reach that goal.. Any tips out there ?

If customers in the line loose hearts and leave, will it also deduct 500 from your money/points

concentrate on currently being seated customers.and always use the rostrum when not serving customers.

set up a better routine of what needs to be done in game
