is scrub is good to person who have whitehead...i have a lot of whitehead especially at my forehead and below my eyes part.

Dont scrub every day. It will only open the pores to much and let bacteria in, causing more whiteheads.
Use the scrub once a week, and use a mild antibiotic soap daily, with a antiseptic toner (Garnier and Nivea make good ones)
Also use a oil free moisturizer (preferably wit antiseptic proporties)
If you dont want to use the toner, cut it out. But do wash with the gentle soap daily, and only use the scrub once or twice a week.
Dont ever squeeze you're whiteheads.
And be patient. These things take time to go away.

Go to a beauty salon and ask them to teach you about skin cleansing, and eat more fruit!!
