You can delete the history of search bar on ur homepage (whatever it is either Yahoo! or Google) by following this path. Tools> internet options> content> auto complete> clear forms. To stop the generation of history uncheck the box of forms.
You can delete the search history on ur yahoo toolbar this way. click the arrow in the search box. Select options, click clear history. Follow this path also. Pencil> toolbar options> uncheck the boxes of enable auto complete and enable history> ok.
To delete address bar history, follow this path. Tools> internet options> general > clear history > set the number of days to zero> ok.

Click on the down arrow at the right side of Yahoo search bar and then click clear. All your search history in yahoo search will be cleaed.
If you want to clear the history of all the sites you have visited, follow the following procedures:
1) Click on Tools on your Internet Explorer.
2) Click of delete cookies.
3) Click on settings.
4) Click on fiew files.
5) Click on Edit.
6) Click Seklect all.
7) Click on File.
8) Click on delete. All the cookies will be deleted.
9) Click on clear history.
10) Click YES.
11) Click ok.

hope u are using IE
in the internet options select content->auto complete
disable or remove the tick mark under
use auto complete for web/forms/passwords.
also click the clear buttons
also click the task bar for properties and customize menu,
there is a clear button to remove the recently accessed files.
this will help you definitely.

Should I really be telling you how to hide the fact that you're searching for inappropriate stuff? Who knows... You need to delete your cookies. Go to tools in internet explorer, go to cookies and delete those. Also temporary internet files.

I assume u r using Win Xp. Goto:
1) 'Start' > 'Setting' > 'Taskbar and start menu' >
2) select 'Start Menu'
3) press the 'Customise' button
4) press the 'Clear' button
