try drinking herbal teas... you et the benefit of the water and the herbs.... (NO not them herbs... lol)

I didn't like drinking water too before but then I saw the effects of drinking too much coke on my body (open pores, and large tummy :P) so I had no choice but to switch to water. Just try to drink only water just for a couple of days and eventually you'll get used to it. That's what I did. :D

Your whole body is made of up to 83 per cent of water...It's the natural fuel of the human body. The whole body needs at least 8 full glasses of water a day.(when it's not hot) So I guess your alternate solution is to eat foods with a lot of water in it such as ripe fruits or drink other liquids with water based ingredients.

The idea is to get enough liquid into you're system.
Fruit juices and other drinks will do the same, but stay away and drink as little as possible alcohol, sugary drinks (cola), and caffeine (coffee).These act as diuretics, which mean you want to urinate more when you've had them, and thus loosing the vital fluid.
Fruit Juices are you're best bet, as they contain H2O and added vitamins to help skin glow. Just make sure it a pure one, and has no added sugar.

I buy Crystal Light...there are olnly 5 calories per serving the flavors that they carry are really tasty. I drink TONS more water when I have that on hand. Yum!!!

drink fruit drinks or get used the taste of water. but do not drink soda or milk.

try flavouring it with a slice of lemon or a strawberry. Flavourring it a little will get the dull taste out.
