I have a family member that had one removed off her nose and she had to have it done surgically. If the mole is raised up on the skin it can be removed but if it is a flat mole you probably will have problems (excessive bleeding etc).Once remove it won't leave a scar if done properly. Some moles are attached to your blood vessel so doctors are reluctant to remove it.

There's a cream available which bloats the mole and eventually dries it off...however, it tends to grow back after some time. It can also be surgerically remover, thought that might leave a scar. Please consult a good dermetalogist who can advise you on this...

Your doctor can do that for you. Local anaesthetic, relatively simple procedure, just a stitch afterwards for a week, or even some of that new invisible tape. Should be absolutely NO scar...

PLEASE do not try to remove it yourself, moles not only have lots of blood vessels and can bleed for ages, they also have a root underneath.....
