Many people read books. I haven't read a 'best' novel. Nor do I chose a 'best' author. That's all subjective, anyway.

When I can find the time I read Robin Cook - he writes medical mystery/horror/suspense stories and I can't put them down once I start reading them. Some of his novels have been made into movies. I just picked up his new one - Crisis

I do. I have the new Hi-Def Books. Very Expensive. But also very entertaining. I would have to say. Phillip K Dick. I think that's his name. The dude that wrote. A scanner darkly. Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. He is a crazy writer.

I read lots of books. But my favorite has to be the sequels of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, it's very meaningful. Meg Cabot and Francine Pascal are great too.

I like fantasy/science fiction and have great difficulty choosing a favourite author, but iwill say, the assassin series by Robin Hobb

I like iain banks, terry pratchet, charles bukowski, henry miller, brett easton ellis, hunter s thompson, robert heinlein plus a lot more.

There is so much to read....so many writers... its not fair saying one is the best. They are all great works out there to be appreciated and accepted.
