You might try "Absolute BSD: the Ultimate Guide to Free BSD"
by Michael Lucas. If you want to search for more books on free bsd to check out from libraries, try Open WorldCat at http://www.worldcat.org

This site will tell you what libraries near you have the books. Very handy if you don't want to buy a bunch of books. If you do want to buy, of course, Amazon http://www.amazon.com is the workhorse of book purchasing online.
