Ain't is a colloquialism for isn't and aren't. When I was growing up it was thoroughly incorrect. But since then, it's moved up a notch in respectability, it's now slang. That being said, probably the only safe place you can get away with it is in writing a story about some "pore ole unedumuhcated country bumpkin". (My apologies to all the country bumpkins reading this answer.)

ain't means : am not, is not, are not, has not, have not.
Examples:
I ain't an angel = I'm not an angel.
He ain't yours = He's not yours.
You ain't my friend = You are not my friend.
He ain't done his homework = He hasn't done his homework.
I ain't gone for shopping = I haven't gone for shopping.
"ain't" is informal. Should not be used in formal or written contexts. You can use it in your neighborhood if they also use this dialect, but I also wouldn't use it cuz it's not a real English (according to Oxford).
Hope I've made it clear enough for you ;-)

quit shouting i'm trying to get some sleep
my aunt always said there is no such word...
but are not words first in the public domain usage,
before they go in the dictionary?
if people use the word it becomes a word
we used to say thee instead of you ,
thy instead of your,
now the word amigo is an english word meaning friend, because it is integrated so deep in the english language
argue?
