I do not like him at all. He did little good for the Chinese people, I see no reason to respect him at all. During his rule there was absolutely no progress. He was implementing horrible policies and destroying the Chinese culture as well. During the 'cultural revolution' a lot of culture was destroyed together with many historically significant buildings.

Whether by the name of Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, Hitler, they all bare the same traits. Intolerable hate. It doesn't matter the specifics of the parties to which try belong or the ideologies they subscribe too.
But all these men, evil as they are. Steal from us, all. They feel that they are the only ones who "know". In truth they know nothing. They don't want us to think, or feel. They consume and control us through fear, but wish to be seen in reverence.
They are monsters, and history will remember them as such.
