Stop talking so much whilst eating!! Perhaps you are swallowing too much air. Chew thoroughly and don't stuff your mouth quite so full. Take your time and enjoy your meals.

Are you an ostrich? You're sallowing too many pebbles!

All the other answers are good too. Probiotics are available in multivitamins now - try them.

I've seen you eat, it looks like a washing machine going round!! :))

The noisy rumble in your stomach is called borborygmi, and is a natural part of digestion. It also indicates improper digestion, like if you didn't chew your food well.

My wife drinks a glass of warm water to stop her stomach from rumbling, but I read a news article that said doing that isn't healthy. If your stomach is loud, just enjoy it. But from now on, make a note of when your stomach growls and also note how well you chew your food. That should help you out.

this is just your intestine grinding and mushing your food. To stop it take some green ginger grated with lemon & honey, also yoghurt to replace good bacteria. You may expel wind which is good because this is also anoter reason why its making all that noise!! good luck

Try chewing you food for longer. Maybe you eat too quickly. Prevention, not cure.
