The average startying age for the human species is 16-17... pretty much always has been.
Humans are hard wired that way hence falling in love so strongly at that age, being more into music, most expressive, sporting, dancing etc.
Maths basically... If you study human life expectancy without our technology its mid 30s... divide by two and what a coinsidence... the average age kids get sexual...
Likewise if you stopped and used that brain... It would make a whole lot more sense that kids got sexaully active whilst still at home with mum and dad, as have a whole lot more to learn about reltionships after & need parents more at that time then any other.
Plus in an environment where its easiest to find partners for realtionships and mess up and have the oportunity to find a relpalcement due to the number of those their age that surround them in high school at a similar level of experience.

For first dates and sexaul relationship is it easier
A) Where there are many your age then a few if you mess up the chat up bit or other parts of a starter realationship
B) Is it easier to form a realtionship with those you see each day then in a bar where 2 seconds not impressed... by by
C) is it better fir first timers to be surrounded by those much older then a simlar age and experience?
D) Which is better work where they risk getting fired or high school/college
E) is it better when kid first heart broken or upset to live at home or in another city?

No mate the point here is looking at home many insist their teenage sons and daughters are kids who wont have sex till in their twenties and witholding safe sex info resulting in them getting pregnant.
or thinking this behavour ia a morality or media thing instead of looking it in biological nature evolutionary terms.
