How do I cancel a prepaid hotel reservation?
To cancel your prepaid Low Price Guarantee hotel reservation, find the reservation in "My Trips " and click "Cancel".
Your canceled hotel reservation will be noted in "My Trips " under "Canceled Reservations".
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fees will be incurred on prepaid Low Price Guarantee reservations. The Low Price Guarantee cancellation penalties will vary based on when the cancellation takes place.
A standard US $25.00 cancellation fee per room will always apply
Please review the cancellation terms and conditions for any additional penalties that may apply.
Low Price Guarantee hotel reservations typically cannot be cancelled after 12:01 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Things to know if you want to change or cancel your ticket:
Many airline tickets can be cancelled or exchanged online. To change or cancel an airline ticket:
1. Go to My Trips
2. Click the "Change/cancel ticket" button
3. The "Change/cancel ticket" wizard will guide you through the process
Please Note:
Expect to pay change fees and fare difference. Total change fees typically average about $130.00 per ticket. You also may be required to pay a difference in fares, if your new flight costs more than the original.
You cannot change the name on an airline ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use. Also, you cannot exchange a ticket from one airline to another.
Passengers holding non-refundable tickets for American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, and US Airways should be particularly aware of deadlines and restrictions.
To read the rules and restrictions of your ticket:
1. Go to My Trips
2. Click "View full trip details" button
3. Click "fare rules", "change fees" and "terms and conditions" in the Ticket Information section at the bottom of the page
The time limit for cancelling the flights are:
American Airlines: If an American passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date the original ticket was issued.
Continental Airlines: If a Continental passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date the original ticket was issued.
Delta Air Lines: If a Delta passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date the original ticket was issued.
United: If a United passenger with a non-refundable ticket wants to exchange a ticket, he or she will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets, provided they cancel their reservations prior to their scheduled departure time. Tickets must be reissued and travel must commence within one year of the date of the original ticket was issued.
US Airways: If a US-Air passenger holds a Non-refundable ticket and needs to change their reservation it is necessary that the ticket be used/changed prior to the current Ticketed Travel Date or the ticket will have no value. You are permitted to make this change for a change fee up to 12midnight on the current ticketed day of departure.
