Unfortunately, not without exercise.
To loose excess fat, you need to do a cardio excercises, like cycling, swimming or running. This will burn extra fat and make you slimmer.
Next the six pack.
Despite common believe, crunches and sit-ups are the worst way to build abdominal muscles.
Try a technique called "the plank".
It almost like a push-up.
Lie on your stomach, with you're hands flat on the ground, palms next to you're face. Next, keeping your fore-arms and hands on the ground, lift your body, and go unto the tips of you re toes, and straighten your back. Hold for 10 counts.Repeat 5times. It's like a push up, but the for-arms and hands stay flat on the ground.
Increase the amount of times you do it over time.
Ps. A six pack will only show up, if the layer of sub cutaneous fat covering it is very thin. So doing cardio to burn the fat is very important, or else you'll have a six pack that no one can see, under a belly.

I would think that doing cardio exercises such as running would reduce your overall body fat. Honestly though, I haven't heard of anything that could get you a six pack without working out-- well, unless you count plastic surgery as a method, but it really doesn't end up looking good.
There are no easy ways to look like those people in the magazines...oterwise we'd all look like them right?
Put some effort into it, and you'll get results.
