I have a 97 warrior atv, idles fine but cuts out when revved, any idea whats going on?

I have replaced the plug, put new filter in, and cleaned the carb.

not getting fuel jets are plug in carb or the fuel petcock

Check the valve clearance. Tight or leaking valves will cause this.

there is a fuel delevery system failure, or your timingchain/ and or timing is off.
