A lot of it depends on genes and diet.
Foods that help keep skin nice are: Olives, their high in natural oils, that moisturize and keep the skin young.
Melon and cucumber: Both have a high water content, dehydration can cause saggy skin.
Color full fruit and veg: Yellow and red ones like cherries and carrots are high in anti oxidants and carrots have carotids. All which keeps skin glowing.
There are also a lot of "firming" lotions out there, but a lot of them only have a temporary effect. Get a good moisturizing lotion, and rather focus on massaging it in for about 5-10Min's a day.
The extra massaging movements will stimulate cell growth and regeneration in the skin.
Also exfoliate skin when you wash. The best way is with a bath brush (for body) and exfoliating cream (for face), these do wonders to remove dead skin cells, and make the new radiant skin appear.
And of course, drink enough water and cut down on caffeine (coffee, tea) and sugars.
Hope all of this helps, and that you'll be glowing radiance soon.

All depends on you and your skin type age etc....
Avoid factors that ruin your complexion such as tobacco... alcohol also.. and drink water thats always good for everything.
As well as external products such as creams and good cleansing products... your inner health also is reflected in your skin. Stress is our worst enemy ! Also even though some sunshine is very healthy you should never overdose on sun tanning. That is a sure fire way to get wrinkles !
If you really want a good evaluation treat yourself to a beauty consultant or dermatologist appointment. They are the experts and they will give you a treatment and product recommendations that are suitable for you and only you and your skin type.
Good luck !

Water. I've worked for a dermatologist and believe me, it's the only thing. I drink 5 pints a day and everyone says I look at least 10 years younger!

Cow dung; I vouch for it. There's nothing like sitting on a great steaming pile of it every morning and laying an egg.
