When I am with my wife, I cannot always get deep inside her. Is this just a case of tight muscles, and will lube help the situation?
We are trying to conceive and dont want this to hinder anything.

Thank you all for your answers, they have all been very helpful and honest. I guess I was nervous that I didnt want to hurt her, plus most of my stuff was falling out of her.

It doesn't matter whether you're deep or not, as long as you're in there! Your little fellows are good swimmers and they shoot our really fast. Don't worry, just enjoy each other and good luck :)

Have her relax and let her be in her favorite position. Lube is good, just make sure it doesn't have spermicide in it. You should drink a couple cups of coffee beforehand to help your sperm be more active. I don't think getting way deep is going to matter. Good luck! (I know about the coffee thing from a book my husband bought - he was obsessed when we were conceiving - mainly wanting to know what to do to get a boy - We had a girl!)

If you are trying to concieve, there is only one lubricant out there that will help with that, it is called Pre-seed www.preseed.com. It is not only a lubricant but a vagina moisturizer as well. Any other lubricants you buy over the counter will kill sperm, saliva will too you can only get Preseed on line. I used it and sex is very pleasurable and comfortable with it, it is not sticky and there is no mess because you actually put the lubricant in the vagina, it comes in individual packages that are designed to be inserted into the vagina, that is why NO mess. It will definitely help you go deeper and faster! go to the website and read the facts about it.

This problem will not hinder your wife conceiving. Sperm are excellent little swimmers. Good luck.

even if its not deep enough your wife can still get pregnant, sperm cells swim through the cervix & inside the reproductive system of a woman & if theres a mature egg cell she can get pregnant.. why do men w/short dick impregnates? so its not a problem, though lubricant can help it glide smoothly
