Lots of water and fish are good for your skin.Leafy vegetables and carrots too.Vitamins C and E are also excellent in conditioning skin.Use sun block lotion on hot days.Combine these with blood purifying tonics,and you will be amazed at the results.

Drink a lot of water, don't smoke and for one month skipp on alcohol, chocolate and cow or soy milk (drink Rice milk instead). This gives you're liver a break and you will see the difference.
Every evening: clean your face with a special non agressive facial cleansing gel (no soap). If you need moisturizer after cleansing, use a non greasy one that won't clogg pores. Skin doesn't change overnight, so you'll have to be a bit patient I'm afraid.

fruits, vegetables, and lots of water. Avoid fatty foods. Use organic cleansing products instead of chemical ones. Places like Whole Foods sell them. Harmful chemicals in standard cleansing products actually cause breakouts. Fish is not good because of mercury levels.

clean ur skin with good face wash.never let it dry.drink loads of water.coconut water n fruit juices r best for u.also fruits n salads hav the anti oxidnt effect to make ur skin clean n clear.sleep atleast 7-8hrs.hav a balanced diet.good luck.

I'm 44 and suffer from pimples now, I use Mary Kay's acne line and my skin is so much better. If you have really bad pitiful skin, go see a dermatologist.
