It is possible what you describe relates to a vaginal cancer, however it is also possible that other things can cause these problems.

Trauma to the vagina can cause bleeding and pain
Infection
Ovarian cyst

it might not be cancer, and in fact is unlikely to be. But as cancer is a serious thing and all of the above can be treated it is worth a visit to your doctor

First of all i wish her to have vagina cancer.
then has she ever saw her doctor and discussed if no we can not judge because we are not professional in this issue. lets think positive , there are many things causing bleeding and hurt the vagina during the pee or in the normal times, but we can say that it would be a dangerous illness. my advise to her is, she must see an expert genital doctor and start her treatment as soon as possible.

i keep cross my fingers for her to get rid of this sickness soon.

I've never heard of vaginal cancer. She definitely needs to go to the doctor, though. She might have something else wrong, but likely not cancer.
