Guilt comes only when we are unable to forgive ourselves for what we think we shouldn't have done, it is our own self judgement that haunts us.
The way out of it, is to develop some humility in the knowledge that nobody is perfect not even you, so forgive yourself and get on with your life.
God doesn’t need your forgiveness; it is so advice so that you can feel absolved. that’s all, God’s forgiveness is absolute, just as his love for you.

I have gone through your portfolio and questions.
You believe in GOD from heart.
By his blessings, you feel "am nothing but someone special"
You are sincere in your life that is why you have mental tension of ethics.
These days, you are having some mental tension and requires candid guidance from good friend.
Trust in GOD and your relationship with HIM. Leave behind formal relationship with GOD. Informally believe in his mercy. Ask for his forgiveness. It will be granted. Once you are repentful, God has to bless you with forgiveness and strength.
Pray for his blessings.
Specially pray for the person who may have been affected due to your action (IF ANY).
It is blank advice. But if you confide your problem in detail, God willing, better advice can be given.
BEST OF LUCK

You felt the guilt what you have done. That is enough. Even though you want to be sorry for that, close your eyes and say sorry to god.

Not committing mistakes is being perfect, No body is perfect, we all commit mistakes.
There are few who can accept their mistakes... One who can accept his/her mistake and apologize for it is great!!
Greatness doesn't lie in "never saying sorry" rather in acknoledging your mistake and feeling sorry for that. I have always seen the other person forgives when we say sorry for our mistake.
Additionally, there is another analogy...
Nobody feels good saying sorry to anyone. So if u have to say sorry, u'll make sure u don't commit the mistake next time else, u will have to apologize again... so this humiliation stops us from commiting mistakes next time leading us to perfection. that's how u grow & mature, be perfect.
I would say, don't hesitate to say accept your fault & say sorry!
