It cleans out your insides. You end up feeling better as well as looking better, hense the singing lol!!
It is great for bowel movement (gross but true) & keeps your kidneys clean & functioning to a higher standard. If you only drink soda/juice/tea or coffee, you would find yourself feeling sluggish, but to drink a good amount of water leaves you feeling alive & fresh. As you would probably know, the recommended amount is eight glasses A DAY.

I love water and I love the way i feel after drinking water consistently over a period of time. I did a personal study a few years back, drinking an amount of water each hour to be consistent and I was truly amazed at the effect it had on my mind, body and spirit. I had more energy, I was more decisive and my mood was more stable. my skin tone improved and I felt as if i were glowing! Water-like cold orange slices-one of lifes subtle blessings.

It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 litre of water
each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1
kilo of Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria found in faeces.
In other words, we are consuming (at least) 1 kilo of Poo per year.

Water eliminates impurities in our systems but OVER drinking is dangereous too ! You need a minimum of a liter and a half per day, but do not go overboard you may have some very bad side effects and eliminate too much from your system.

ok, i want u to knw this. water is good 4 u, but keep it to average of 7 glasses per day, over drinking is not good, it can affect ur lung. i knw it because i read in newspaper few years back, a girl drank too much water because she thought it's good 4 her, but end up wth bronkhopneumonia and died.
