Real French food prepared with Truffles, Escargot, Pate Fo du Grais and good French Wine.
The cheapest is Filipino. You can get a plate of dog meat and rice for 25 pesos.
The best in the world is home cooked Rib Eye steaks from a mid west farm.

Seafood is almost always the most expensive choice. Best, cheaper cuisine - pork - the other white meat!
Try the Cuban dish - shredded garlic roasted pork over yellow rice and you will see why pork is my answer.

The most expensive food for me to say is Ruth's Chris steak house. Jeez! it would cost you a fortune just for a set menu with a bottle of cheapest red wine. And take note their price is even more expensive on especial holidays. Cheapest one is Chinese food or just go to Thai restaurant if spicy food fancy u. It is reasonable price.
