Post-marriage affairs leads to adultery.Its not good & its definitely not necessary for a normal life. If u are married to someone you love you dont hav to hav affairs outside the marriage.

No. Affairs can easily wreck a marriage, not mend one. Try and have an affair with your spouse. Treat her pr him like a new found friend sometimes and do all the things you would do as though it were an affair. Be romantic, and you will discover a new kind of love.

They're never good in any way because it destroys a marriage and a family.
Would you still say that it is good if you happen to be the affected one (be it a spouse or a child of someone who left because of a third party)?

they aren't at all good n bad things can't be essential for being.
It's abnormality.
People take to it usually due to unsatisfied marital life which could be due to various reasons...
partner not of choice (should think well before marrying)
Unsatisfied sexual needs (can be solved, there r ways)
disputes
some even for fun, whatever the reason, one should avoid it.
