Try StickerCam
http://www.stickercam.com click the broadcast tab,, select your webcam.. right click the webcam image to save :)

I can see that you just got a cam.
If you have installed the hardware drivers, skip this para:
Well along with the cam they would have given u a CD. True? Yes. Connect your webcam to your computer (mordern cams usually have USB connections). Your computer will automatically detect this new device and it will ask you for the CD. (If it doesnt just put the CD inside and install.) Then the driver auto installs.
Unplug the device from your computer. You will see a new software installed in the start menu.
Connect the device to your computer. Open the software relat4ed with your cam. Take the picture.

I don't know how ( technically ) bcs I dont use webcam too much , but here's a simple silly way : enlarge the cam window (not sure that it works if u do to the full screen ) - print screen - open Paint - Paste - Save . that's all !!!

A good place to start would be your webcam manual! Not knowing the make of your cam, you wont get much help here!
