This is not meant as a versus question.
First, to all non Americans, do you like American style football?
Second, to all Americans, do you like traditional football?
Be my guest if you want to explain your choices.
I want to see if the two groups are as negative towards each others sport as they often seem to be.
As for me, I'm not really a major fan of either, but I prefer American style over the traditional kind.

I enjoy both types of football but more of a fan of American football mainly because it is what I have more exposure to living in America.

Ok, I will bite? In your opinion what is the traditional kind.
The word football encompasses many different codes.
American Football (or Gridiron)
Rugby League
Rugby Union
Soccer
Australian Rules Football
Gaelic Football
I have watched American Football and like it at times, but there is too many stoppages for me to really like it overall.
Being born is Tasmania, Australia I was brought up with a footballing Dad and I in turn played Aussie Rules as a kid and into my early 20s.
Aussie Rules is big in all states of Australia.
Rugby League and Rugby Union are big in New South Wales and Queensland.
Soccer is liked all over our country but not as big as the other codes.
Gaelic Football is played in Ireland and each year an Irish team and a team of Aussie Rules footballers play a Test series of 3 matches against each other to modified rules.
You will always find opposing football code supporters will bad mouth the other code but for me I think when you see the best play in their chosen code then you are seeing the best the code can offer.
