They do have a call centre that was very helpful and friendly, but I think you can only access it via the resolution centre.

Yes you maybe lucky if they respond to email, if they do they won't answer your question. You have to ask the same question several times. You would be better going on the bit where you can ask another ebay member - you might have more luck. Or you could put your question on the open bit where any member can answer your question - then you get several points of view. Good luck!

I dont think they have a telephone number for customer service. You need to e-mail them.

nope. they dont entertain it.
you have to email them.
if you are lucky, the will respond within a year.
Anyway, there is no necessity to call them as you will find all the answers in their web site.
