Go to File | Save As...
In the File Types menu, select JPEG (JFIF compatible). Type a filename and hit Save.

Open the image, click file and then click on save as.
Select JPEG in the file type box, type in a name for the image and click save.

go to photoshop, save for web ( this is the best way to optimize ur photo to use it on the web) and then choose jpeg from the drop down menu and alter the quality to suite ur needs.

open file, export image or save as image as jpeg. another way is export for web in file menu where you can have each options like dither, interlace, web colours, transparency and opaque.

yes, do it as save as file for jpeg
when you press save also, it will ask what kind of file would you want it to be, just choose your preference
