I live in ethiopia and it is have website to transmit from USA, it is a spritual website and it is have many preachs (spritulal lessoning) in audio and video format. actullly I hear the audio and saw the vedio in online by realplayer software but I want to download them in to my computer.Please it is important. I wait your response soon.

Right click on the audio and media link and choose "save target as" for IE

The website has not given you the permission to download. However you can play the file and receive the same through audio output of your sound card and record the same in another computer through audio input or in a tape recorder. Also there are some third party software (like VLC media player) that allows you to save the stream into your computer
