Try once by removing and replacing ur catridge and ensure no power fluctuations. It may work.

switch off the power and turn it back on.....
check if any paper is stuck inside..... if so try to remove it

elaborate you question! its too broad. maybe there are unprocess printing jobs or ink problem.....
