At work, a few months ago :
4 colleagues shared the same office. During their coffee break, I went in their office, disconnected all the mouses, keyboards and telephones, and connected them in the wrong position.
So when they came back, that was very funny : one moved his mouse but the cursor moved on another screen. One telephone rang, the owner of the phone picked up, but the phone still rang... A lot of confusion for them, and a lot of laugh for me !

WeLL, since I know my friend's locker combination, I once opened it and put in some real freaky stuff...it reALLy freAked her ouT!!

They make greeting cards that play music when you open them. I like to rip them open and take out the small electronic device that makes the music and tape it to peoples clothes (back of the leg, butt, upper back) when they aren't looking. when they walk it makes noise, but its hard to tell where its coming from. People go nuts trying to figure out where the sound is coming from.

i pull people's braids, i hide their bags and things, i change things to make them look like something else........
