It will be 128MB of Ram (due to the binary thing) and it may be too little but that will depend on the specification of your machine and the applications you are trying to run.
But if it's Windows XP as an Operating System then 512MB would be my reccomendation as a minimum if it's 2000 or NT the 256MB will probably do and if it's 95 or 98 then you probably have enough already.

120 MB is very slow one.
i won't recommand a 256 or 1 GB RAM to be added to Computer if ur computer is Older.
Because if ur processor and other component is older one, upgarding Ur RAM will not do anything.
or
if ur using a latest computer then u can add the RAM easly
Just go to a Comp shope Buy a RAM with ur budget
just check the user manual where is the RAM slot
after finding it Just pin it in to the slot carefully. better give it someone who have experienced in doing this

random-access memory: the most common computer memory which can be used by programs to perform necessary tasks while the computer is on; an integrated circuit memory chip allows information to be stored or accessed in any order and all storage locations are equally accessible. 120 MB RAM is less than RAM than computers these days you should get it upgraded.

RAM is where your computer store temporary memory
128 MB is too little for computer operate in win xp
If you still have empty slot for RAM on your motherboard, you can add another slot (128MB) to get at lease 256MB for your computer

well actually, the minimum requirement for xp is 64MB of RAM. I swear! lol...i know it's ridiculous isn't it? Now to answer the question:
You should upgrade your RAM to at least a GB. This is quickly becoming the new standard.

RAM = Random Acess Memory. You should upgrade to a 512MB or a 1GB one. That would be better. Your com will also be much faster.

RAM is your computer memory, and most large programs now take a lot of it not to freeze up on you. I recommend at least one gig.
