How to put minimum scrolling speed in auto-scroll mode(when mice middle button click).?

In word/explorer to scroll auomatically we use mouse middle button(4 headed arrow comes).I want to scroll it very slowly (Ex:10 lines per minute).Is there any setting available to do so.
Pls dont say: place mouse pointer, very near 2 4headed arrow!

The distance from the 4 headed arrow your mouse is determines the scroll speed.
There is no 'setting', you just have to place the mouse cursor at the distance from the 4 headed arrow that suits you.
