rumor has it that he was accused of sexual harassment, no official reason was released to the public

Rumor is that Harold Reynolds was fired on Sexual Harassment Charges by a female employee at ESPN. Another Rumor is that he was fired because of an argument with producers about the A-Rod problem in New York. I'd bet on the first one because he probably would have only been suspended if it was an argument over the A-Rod Situation. He was Canned Rather Swiftly and Suddenly.

Harold Reynolds got fired because one of his production assistant filed a complaint of sexual harrassment because of the advances he made to her. It's been well known in the inner circle that HR was a flirt, but things got out of hand one weekend and the PA was going to sue ESPN and go public with it if they don't do anything about it.
They fired Reynolds and quickly settle with that assistant because there were others ready to join in on that lawsuit because apparently that complainer was not the only one Reynolds had harrassed in the past. Also, the bigwigs in ESPN headquarters had heard rumors about his escapades and warned Reynolds that if anything got out of hand, it will be over for him very fast. Once that assistant filed the complaint, it was over for him very fast.
ESPN had fired another host, Jason Jackson in 2002 becuase of similar allegation.
Reynolds is going on record saying that all these allegations is false, but then again so is Bill O'Reilly protesting his innocence too.

He allegedly was accused of sexual harassment and was fired for ir even before he had a trial or hearing. Sad that ESPN would not wait to see if the charge were true.

Rumors on the net is sexual harrassment, but who really knows. I can tell you that I have watched alot less Baseball Tonight because of firiing of Harold. Besides he should be managing anyways.
