Forum Shops at Caesar's or Desert Passage at Aladdin or the mall at the Venetian are all great.

If money is no object then check out the shopping Esplanade at the Wynn or the Shoppes at Bellagio. You'll find Gucci, Chanel, Tiffany, Escada, and more of the like there.

All of this is within walking distance to Ballys.

You don't need a car in Vegas, nor do you really want one. Everything you need is inside the complexes. The Alladin (where Elvis got married), which is near you, is awesome. The Bellagio across the street is haughty and ostentatious but if you're into showy stuff it's for you. Stop and watch the fountain show at least once. As mentioned Ceasars is an oldie but a goodie, especially for shopping.

I think its called the Fashion show mall. It's on the strip on Las Vegas Blvd. and has like a big round funny looking dish thing on top. It has Starbucks, good eateries, and and really cool stores. My favorit store is the Guess store and they have one. it just looks like a fun place to shop.
Happy shopping!
