No movies have a disclaimer (resemblance to anyone living or dead is purely coincidental) to keep them from being sued.
You could write a book, though and make some cash.

Sure you can if you are in the US (the most litigious country in the world). You won't win. In most other jurisdictions there is a 'loser pays' the court costs and legal fees system therefore nobody would bother. But hey, if a woman would sue a certain fast food company because the coffee was too hot (and win the case!) then there is hope for you yet...

I think to be perfectly honest you would get jokes with or without a the film so you might have some difficulty proving that the film had any impact on your life. Even if you could prove it, you still have to prove that the film was based on you, which I doubt you can... so I think you are honestly out of luck

the movie refers to the particular 40 year old virgin character. He isn't you so I think you cannot sue the makers unless most parts are similar to your experiences. In that case, they made a reality-based movie which is your own experience...

Oh yes, sue the swines, they got the title wrong all those years ago, it should have read 'I am a 40 year old, verging on the ridiculous' demand a remake directed by Spielberg.

nothing wrong with being a virgin until your 40 there will be alot of men that wish they were but still what a film could nt stop laughing

I think you are joking...and suing the makers of the film won't bring you release even if you aren't joking. I don't think a judge or jury would be too sympathetic for you.

How do the people making jokes know that you are a virgin, you must have told them so it's your own fault, perhaps you like the attention you are now getting.
