describe your business plan
give an idea of weekly and monthly sales
and what the cost of those sales will be
show a gross profit amount on a montly basis
after staff costs , rent, light,,,air con,,,and so forth
include food menu and pricing
how will your business help the lanlord?..increased traffic?
good rental income?
may grow into other malls that the lanlord owns?
sell the idea and your background as a chef
sell the business idea
