all person's are not the same but group of individuals living in diversitical region have some what same thinking but intelliegency change as the environment changes and discoveries also changes with the environment.

Dr. Einstein was born in Germany. He was not a particularly good student, nor do he do particularly well when he left school and got a job. He was a genius in physics and math and this finally came to him in later years when he formulated some of the most complex formulas the world has ever known. I think that he could have been born in California or Canada, it wouldn't have mattered. He became what he was because he got super genes from his parents and his personality was such that he stayed on a problem almost forever until he solved it. Absolutely persistent.
