i want to do something for poor people who can be perform very well in their area. they can do for theirslves. theu made themselves qualified, self dependant.

consider establishing a trade school with basic language and numeracy skills included in all courses...
by training people to a trade of their choice you give them the tools to help themselves...
begin a bartering system where people can trade their time and labour for the things they need or they can trade produce for skills.....

Check with the United Nations, if you have enough money. Or, give ME the money and let help me complete this math and science curriculum that will do great good and will improve the lives of children somewhere someday. (I'm being facetious.) Use your resources, whatever they may be, to organize others like you who have the compassion and resources to share with those who are less fortunate. Good luck.
