if it is already infected, u can flash the phone and re- install the software, and then install anti virus if ur phone is advanced.
else u can just flash ur sortware and use.

you cant clean it. you have to reformat it.
take out the battery and sim card. let it remain idle for 2 days and change your sim card for a new number. the tel. no. may remain same.
