Dirac inequality is not known to me. Do you mean the Dirac equation? That is technically physics. It describes quantum mechanics using the smallest possible representation (four dimensional wave function) which is compatible with special relativity. With his equation, Dirac rediscovered spin and predicted anti-matter.

A Reimann's problem? Do you mean like a Reimann sum? A Reimann sum is like breaking up the area under a curve into small thin rectangular strips and then adding up their areas to approximate the area under the curve. We evaluate the summation as the width of the strips approaches zero.
