Neither X, Y or Z
Neither X or Y or Z
Neither X, Y nor Z
Neither X nor Y nor Z
All are possible but the last two are probably better in writing than spoken.

Either "none" OR "neither...(nor)...nor..." is acceptable.
Some insist on "none", based on "logic" and the origins of the word "neither" as referring to two. But it has LONG beeen common to use "neither" for more than two options, esp. for as few as three (and it is NOT necessary to precede each succeeding item with its own "nor"; only the last one needs it)
And here's some suport!
'Usage Note: According to the traditional rule, neither is used only to mean "not one or the other of two." To refer to "none of several," none is preferred'
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/neither
"A few commentators think that neither must be limited in reference to two, but reference to more than two has been quite common since the 17th century ."

You still use neither for multiple options, but after the second, further subjects should be seperated by "nor" and a comma.
