Wow, this is a really vague question, but everything can be covered.

If you want to download DVDs from the internet, just use a bittorrent client like the oh-so-popular BitComet and Azureus programs.

I doubt you're downloading full DVDs from the internet, if you are, you're most likely downloading movies converted for viewing on a computer. In such a case, you'll need to convert it back to DVD format before you can burn it. There are programs for this, too.

If you want to COPY DVDs that you either own, are borrowing, or renting, then you can just use a program called DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink to copy your DVDs for you. There are guides for this all over the place, most noticeably, on Afterdawn.com

go download bear flix then ull need nero to transcode the avi divx.etc..

u need the software. such as roxio, AnyDVD, Nero. use torrents or limewire to dl them.
