ignorance to sex to a developing country can cause unemployment in the near future if the population isn't taken in control.
educate the population so they know what good a manpower can do to the economy and what overpopulation may mean in larger scale.

Sex Education in school is a good thing, because youngsters should know the Do's, Dont's and Precautionary measures of Sex, come on, given that India is now developing rapidly and regarded as one of the fastest growing Economy in the world, we need to provide these kind of awareness among youngsters.
