The best thing I found to treat diaper rash is Burts Bee's Diaper Cream. It is a healing emollient as opposed to a rash-preventing barrier. I have used it on eczema too and it works overnight!

It depends what caused the rash. Unless you know you should see a medical practitioner for a diagnosis.

Increase clear fluids like juice, gatorade, water, and such. This will help whatever to be hopefully flushed out of your body faster.

The link below has some home remedies.

do you have this on your arms only or is it some place else besides your arms? it sounds like poision ivy or your allergic to the clothing you wear, the bed sheets or laundry detergant, has any of that changed recently? get some neosporin and put it on the raw bleeding site and get some benedryl in pill form for the itching. no matter what you got these 2 things will help with the itching and healing of the rash

Well first of all you gotta stop the scratching which is going on. Clean your affected parts with mild soap. Then apply the ointment several times a day to keep the itches away. Plus if you have clarityne to support your itching it good then, cos this pill can help stop the itching temporarily and it doesn't makes you feel drowsy. don't worry bout it. Hope that it works out for you.

Try taking oral Benadryl 25-50mg as well as a topical ointment. That should stop the itching. If it does not stop with a a couple of days you should probably see a doctor before the area become infected from the scratching.
