I am glad that this man confessed! Now the truth will finally come out and this high profile case can be put to rest!
My take on this issue? Patsy was having an affair with this teacher guy John Mark Karr and that is how he knew the lay out of the house and such. Patsy was so under the influence of this man that goodness knows what she would/could have done to cover up what happened with her and her precious little daughter JonBenet. I also think that Patsy's husband knew of the affair but loved his wife so much that he also would/could/should do anything to protect his wife. When Patsy realized she was going to die, she felt the need to "come clean" and therefore supplied further information to police to help capture her daughters killer.
Is my theorie farfetched? Oh my gosh, for the entire Ramsay family, I sure hope so!
I do however believe that some interesting details will be divulged that will keep this case in the spotlight for some time to come.

i imagine it became an interloper.. possibly a foreigner or a member of a sadistic pedophilia crew. I say that in accordance to intuitive imaginative and prescient more beneficial than actual deduction. i recognize that what Patsy did in cleansing the evidence became extraordinarily suspicious and unhelpful, yet in her personal extraordinarily despairing concepts on the time, pondering how some people are type of conservative neatfreaks /niceknicks (not understanding if she became or not) i am going to genuinely see the cleansing taking position quote unquote innocently. it would want to also be a way of psychological denial of reality, hiding from the international. It turned right into a terrribly unhappy element for all.

Wow... has no one even considered the possibility that it's a hoax?
Have you all forgotten how the Ramsey parents keep bringing the case into the spotlight... how even through conflicting reports, and incoherent bramblings, these people have managed to stay in the spotlight?
These Ramsey folk are attention media hogs, and if you ask me, this is just another sick attempt to get yet another 15 minutes of fame for a daughter that they probably killed themselves.

let the DNA speaks for itself!
JonBenet's parents passed the DNA test. They're not guilty.
the guy above me really is an example of a "victim of the media frenzie" which stories came from wild speculations to attract curious buyers like him.

I feel sorry for her family that was under attack since it happened. Finally we know who did it.So much for how easy is to solve a crime just by finding a piece of hair according to CSI and familiar shows...
