He cheated on me for another women, discretely for about three months. I realized I was just along the ride. However, there's no material evidence but I'm 100% sure he's been seeing other women, based on his behaviour. So, I broke up with him but he's been acting wired as if there has been nothing happened and asked me out for fine dining in sutff. Not too mention, calls me and sending me messages in stuff.

Why is it that no one here has asked the obvious question: How do you know he cheated on you if you have no material evidence? 100% sure means you caught him in bed with another woman. If you didn't see it, you are just assuming. You MUST find out the truth first. My advice: Ask him the tough questions. In general, guilty people will avoid tough questioning. Innocent people will welcome it for they have nothing to hide.
Either way, you have to be selective about advice given over the Internet, especially by people who know nothing about you, him, or the full situation. Use your own judgement and good luck!

Refuse. Unless you're head over heels in love and willing to do anything for love, including taking the risk of getting hurt again, move on and find someone more deserving.
However, i'm just wondering how you can be 100% sure he's cheating if there is no material evidence. Your instinct can't be that good, can it? =)

Maybe he realises it's you he really loves after all and wants a clean slate, if you really love him and can get over it without bringing it up all the time, i'd give him one more chance,thats if you havn't allready.Or maybe he's just a control freak pig who thinks your the only girl he can have a relationship with that will tolerate his behaviour, balls in your court. People do make mistakes though, but if he does it again, I'd be looooonnnnnngg gone. Cheers!

Go out and accept the dinner but dont take him seriously. Make him feel what its like to be played, and dont take him back, a cheater is always a cheater. Some people dont realize how bad it hurts when people cheat, that's why I said this.

He is a loser. If you go back out with him, then you are saying to him that it is ok that he cheated on you. Tell him to bugger off.
What the hell is with this girl saying to go back to him! If he loved you, then he wouldn't have cheated on you. If he tells you he did it because you guys were having problems or he was having problems in your relationship, then he is still a dick. If you are having problems, then you talk about it..... not go stick your dick in another girl. He is a selfish pig.

Don't accept any thing. May be he now reaized how wrong he did to you and seems he wants to get back to you. But there is no guarantee that he wouldn't commit the same mistake after all these cheatings. If you agree to meet him he will be well prepared how to convince you and you may fall into him.
So please, please don't go to him he is such a loser.

he sounds like a big casanova 2 me who is just too experienced in this field.what he wants to prove now is that he does care for you even if there are other girls involved and mind you in a very subtle way...and the bottomline is he wants to keep you hanging!...just like the rest of the girls.i think for a woman it is very easy to get emotionally attached especially when the guy does nice things for her but meanwhile..the guy is aware of a girls weakness.so be on your toes...be friends with him but maintain a platonic one.and also don't always be around when he calls, messages or even asks you out.heard of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE?..smart women use it ;)
