There is no such thing as the best culture. Usually people tend to think their culture is the best, but before you name the greatest culture you should experience other cultures. American culture sounds great, but there are some things that suck about American culture. For example there are way too many poor, with very little rich. How come we have the best healthcare in the world, but only very few people are intitled to it? Anyways that was an example. If I was ethnocentric I would say American Culture because I am American, and I love most things about America. But Europeans believe their culture is great, and hunter and gatherers think their culture is great. I use to think hunters and gatheres in S.A or Africa were nothing but savages, but after reading some ethnographies I have changed my mind. I actually think they have a pretty cool culture. All they do is work a few hours in the morning, come home play with their kids, eat, and have sex with the women in the tribe. That sort of society has the most amount of free time, but as all cultures do they do have a down fall, and I would say the lack of technology. Being from an industralized country I think it would be hard to be without technology. I want to say to the creator of the question that this is not a bad question to throw out. I hope I have provided a little insight. But for the sake of answering the question I will answer the Amsterdam culture is the best :)

American-Canadian. Most people, if given a chance, would come to the U.S. or Canada to live. Despite political differences, the U.S. and Canada are very much alike, and offer opportunities for advancement and happiness and safety not found in other nations of the world. I suspect why the U.S. and Canada are so much alike is that there has been such an exchange of populations over the years between them.
