No policy gives advantage to poverty rather than the poor one wants to go for hard work withsmartness ya if the policy will be likely to say supports to makes ways for the peoples to achive their goal what they thoughts is globlization in that every people gets chance to taste there work And as far as free trade concernet whatever the country accept it they have to face compitition as well as got a very big markets for their products it is on the people and government of the country that how much they are prepare for the free trade policy.
